The customer enters your store and clicks the "Leave Feedback" Tab.
The tab will open with different feedback options that you set in advanced.
The customer leaves you a feedback about your store. It can be anything, for
example: "I want this product but it`s sold out", "The page is loading slowly", "Can I have a
this product?" and many more.
And the beautiful thing is - that you set up the options!
The customer gets a response to the option he chose. If he chose "Can I have a discount?" he will get a coupon. If he chose "I wanted this product in another color" we will ask him to give us his email for further treatment. Get the idea?
We will record the process and collect the data from the customer. It will be visible for you at your dashboard panel.
